Moodboard for Opening Sequence

 







The mood I would like to capture is a dark/mysterious I want to make the audience feel confused on how the main character feels in the situation and curious to know further about what happened in his situation. The atmosphere should be have a tint of dark almost like a late sunset as we see the main character further envelope himself into his situation as it progressively gets darker and in the other hospital scene I want to make sure the setting gives the ambient sense of a hospital/surgery room and allows for the characters emotions to be highlighted to capture the main point/theme that the opening scene intends to deliver

The movie creates sexist ideals with the men in the office with agent Carter making sexist remarks such as the close-up on the man saying the war is over leave it up to the men now signify that as a woman she can’t do military actions. This is also signified when all the men leave the office and they asked agent Carter to do paperwork for them. And when agent Carter intercepts the call and the call asked for 3 to 5 men, and she scratches it out and goes by herself, showing that these sex remarks mean nothing as when she got to the area. The characters on the inside were completely underwear and underestimated what agent Carter was going to do.
